a) You should try taking it real long and slow... no hard and fast...
b) You could also try masturbating until you are close, then stop, let it recede, then start again and stop. Repeat that a few times and regularly, and that should help things along
c) At the begining try not to do those styles like doggy style
d) Don’t think that if you train like for two years and then don’t train at all your going to get some results. You need to train often if you would like to recieve good results
